"The staff at the north Austin and south Austin store are especially helpful and knowledgeable. The assistant manager at the north store is, awesome! He goes above and beyond in order to serve his customers needs."
"It really depends on who is there. At times the employees are very helpful. At other times, like most recently, the employee who was there was talking on the phone - it appeared to be a personal call - did nothing to help me find what I was looking for or even asked if she could help, and only paid attention when I wanted to pay. She did not even end her mobile call then. The selection is limited but the prices a very good at least for what I buy."
"Horrible customer service. The only reason why people would go here is because it is attached to costco so it out of convenience. Their liquor selection is limited and their prices at 2 to 12 dollars higher than Specs and Total Wine. Angela one of the dedicated workers will swear on her son that their prices are lower but they are not therefore she is delusional. I would suggest get your wine inside costco and go somewhere else for your alcohol needs."
"WB has always been my go-to liquor store. The prices are good and they have all of the staple items along with a nice selection of the higher dollar stuff. Staff has always been friendly and they always have tastings on the weekends. Shout out to Dinusha and Zach for making my shopping experience with WB Liquors top notch. 5 Stars!"
