"Had the worst experience here, this was the first time that I’ve ever had a bad experience in a liquor store. Christina was extremely rude and standoffish from the time my friend and I entered the store to shop. She did not address us at all and physically took steps back from us when I approached the other cashier to ask for help. She also tried to deny my out of state temporary license and claimed that it wasn’t a legal form of identification. She was argumentative and also claimed that I should have provided my void drivers license to prove my identity. I won’t be shopping here again, this was an exhausting interaction and I’m so disappointed that an employee would treat customers in this manner."

"We just moved to Austin from SA. My first selection to stock up with Spirits was Twin Liquors, it was my go to. After entering the store, I noted 2 individuals behind the counter. (not one employee ask me if I needed help) I was searching out Langers cranberry juice; I favor it with my Cape Cods. While searching, two other shoppers came in and received the red carpet treatment with greetings and kindly asking if they needed help….I wondered why I didn’t receive such service??? Now that Austin is my home, Specs is now my go to. I received very good service and found the spirits and wine I was searching out. Thanks Specs!, always my go to in Houston and now Austin."
