"EDIT- since posting this review, one of the workers named Duhneisha, has been calling and texting my fiance and I and making threats. I wish there was a way I could post screenshots on here. She asked me to remove my post and when I told her no, she started threatening us. This is not who you want around your kids. It's proven to be a hostile environment. She closes so much, my fiance almost lost his job. She's on jcps schedule, so they were closed for a 2 week Christmas break. If it rains too hard she closes. She closed all day for a 2 hour funeral. You will not have good job attendance if your kids go here. And for some reason, they only communicate with the fathers. It took over a year before we convinced them to let me know what's going on as well. I feel like all they do is watch TV and listen to kids bop all day. My sons really haven't learned anything. But the main issue, is how often she closes and the silly reasons she closes for. Like I said, my fiance almost lost his job because of it. And I just wonder if she was still accepting payments from 3 c's during the 2 weeks they were closed. How are parents supposed to go to work, when the daycare is closed all the time? They're closed today because it snowed a little last night but every other daycare in the city is opened. Including the one they share a parking lot with. My fiance had to miss work again today. It's ridiculous."

"If you want subpar care for your kids this is the place to go. They ignore your children all day and play on their phones. They blast inappropriate music during the day. They also agreed to refund for next week, which was prepaid until we got home and changed their minds. $320 in “fees” for a 2 week notice, when we weren’t happy with care from day one. This is the worst day care I’ve ever seen, go anywhere else. Edit: I can upload a screenshot of said teacher sitting on her phone while we watched our child and another child fighting. There is NOWHERE in any of the paperwork that we signed that states there are no refunds. How about the day that my son went over 2 hours past his bottle time before being fed right before being picked up? I could go on and on. You are thieves. I hope my $300 was worth it. It’s also hilarious that all of these good reviews are from employees and the owner. absolute joke of a business."

"So far the best daycare my daughter has been to! I tried her at a different daycare and she would come home with her face dirty, soggy diapers, and a diaper rash every week to where it was bright red and blistered. This daycare on the other hand is great!! I can definitely tell the difference. They take care of your babies! They are very caring and loving! They always communicate with me on how my daughter is doing and about events and ect! I would definitely recommend this daycare. My daughter loves it here so much that she doesn’t even want to come home and that’s odd because she always wants to be under me lol but I love this daycare!! ❤️"
