"These guys know their stuff. They were helpful, friendly and have a great selection. You can go to any Liquor store, but if you need good service and friendly people, this is the place. It's clean, upscale and well-stocked. There is no reason to go any place else. If you are camping, you can go to the H-E-B next door and then pop in into this place before heading back. Love it."
"Besides Edna, the rest of their staff, especially Ashley the manager is rude and very lazy. She preferres to socialize with her visiting "buddies" rather than providing customer service like Edna always has done. I will never put another footstep into that store."
"The lady that gives the samples of new whisky was rude and missed an opportunity to get mine and another lady's business. We were about to make a purchase of a different liquor and decided we would like to try what she had for samples. She ignored us after we stated 3 times we would like to try a sample. Instead, she continued to mess with her sign and set up more cups. Then she left and went to the back. So we decided to just go ahead with a different purchase and informed the lady at the register of how rude the other lady was. As we finished paying and began to leave, we noticed the sample lady standing in the back as if she were waiting for us to leave. Then, she returns to the table after we are walking out."
"I visited this store for covering an audit project. I introduced myself to the crew members and explained them what the visit was about. The supervisor in charge explained me they couldn’t let me do the audit because they haven’t been noticed about this (audits are always taken by surprise). At this point everything was ok, but things became rude when I asked him just a simple picture of the wall or a sign in order to leave evidence of the visit I tried to cover but the supervisors started yelling me and treat me as an animal; then an old man who was at the register said “Didn’t you hear what we said? Walk to the door and LEAVE. Next time go to a store that speaks your language, don’t come here”. I must say my native language is Spanish. So I left the store been treated as an animal but these guys. Don’t visit this store. The treatment is racist and xenophobic"
"Great prices, great selections, has a very family feel when you enter the store. They're very helpful, and joyful. Very happy to have your service, and they put customer service above all else. I'm envious I don't have more stores like this around me!"
