"Very basic mom and pop motel with clean affordable rooms. The lady at the front desk held our room as we traveled in from Saint Louis and was very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend if you are looking for a reasonable room in Beaver Dam KY."

"Staff is rude. The lady at the desk can't communicate with you, and will come to your door blaming you and demanding more money for what she agreed to, even yelling in front of your small child. Highly recommend pitching a tent instead."

"I thought this was going to be a nice place to rest our heads before going to mammoth cave the next day. I was wrong. Check in was fast and easy. Got to the room- killed two spiders and the room smelled musty. Went over to turn the heater on and there were mold and dark marks by the trim all over the wall. Went back to the office and asked for another room. She gave me the key to the room after mine. This new room didn’t smell musty, but again, more dark marks on the wall. Maybe paint was placed over the mold? The trim had green spots on it. Hair was in the shower, and just dirty all around. Towels all had yellow stains, just felt so disgusting staying there. :( wanted to leave but don’t have the kind of money to buy another hotel room and not get a refund for this one. It’s a basic room which is fine, just couldn’t get over the dirty bathroom, and dirty wall. We didn’t even sleep in the bed next to the wall."

"I stayed here two years ago while deer hunting. It was better than a tent but not much. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained. This past Friday I stayed again to do some deer scouting and was very pleasantly surprised. It was remodeled with new beds, flooring, large TV, fridge and microwave. Best surprise was the new shower and clean bathroom. The staff were exceptional. This was at totally different experience than two years ago and I wouldnt hesitate to take my wife and grandkids here."
