"Man this place should be shut down or hire new better employees because it took them over an hour for them to do her nails and before they started doing her nails she specifically asked if they can do a mate black design on one nail and they said yes then once done with doing her nails the lady said she didn't know how to do the design and then wanted to put her own tip on the receipt smfh"

"1st off will never come back to this place ask the lady who was doing my nails ask her if she knew how to do one little design on my nails she said Yess soon as she was done told her again I wanted my nails like this she said I don't know how like really never coming here again don't open ur mouth n say yes if u don't know how"

"I really liked my nails nail broke after 2 days. $28 for fill and fix broken nail $7 for broken nail. If I want color change will be like getting a whole new set $42 set up an appointment to get fixed."

"Really long waiting times. Expect to wait at least an hour if you don’t go early in the morning. I was referred to this place and was not at all happy with my first experience. First one nail tech tried ripping off my dip powder with clippers even after i explained that I had dip powder and had to have them soaked off. She just nodded and kept trying to clip away and I pulled back and told her again to stop. Finally someone else came in and told her she’s supposed to have me soak them off and I got handed to a gentleman. He started doing my nails and cut me up pretty badly. I made sure to ask for the price of the service I chose and pointed to the wall and he assured me that’s what he was doing. By the time he put the gel on it was bubbly and uneven and I asked him to smooth it out before it went under the light and he said it’d be fine. It wasn’t and my nails are all uneven and have lumps at the tips and sides form him just putting blobs of the gel on it and not even taking the time to smooth it out. Once he was done he told me a completely different price and I asked why and he said because that’s what he charges. I told him again what services I got and he said that’s what he’s charging me. He asked if I’m tipping and I told him $3 and he asked again “$3?!”. He didn’t seem happy but I wasn’t happy with the services either. Went back and tried to fix it and they wanted him to do it again even after I asked for someone else bc I was not pleased with his work. Asked for an appointment and they said only today. So i sat and then they said ok I can make an appointment and then again they said no I have to wait today. So I’m not impressed by this place or how they work."
