"I used to love this place and went every couple of weeks for years for my gel mani and spa pedi until one of the ladies while rushing damaged my nail beds during a gel removal. Last week I decided to try them out again as didn’t want to worry about my nails for a few weeks and It’d been years since I had the nail bed issue. I figured I’d take the gel off myself this time. Yesterday I noticed that the bottoms of the gel on most of my nails started to peel up so I called the salon to ask if they could repair them today and the cost. A woman answered, didn’t let me speak, quickly mumbled something and hung up on me. I tried calling back but they did not answer. I understand they are busy but that was very rude. I paid $73 for a set of gels (total included a pedicure), took 3 hours to have services performed due to wait last week and I now have to go somewhere else for a repair. Lesson learned. I will not be returning again."

"Horrible experience. Nail Tech was rude and complaining about my nails. This was my first time doing food powder because I wanted my nails pretty thin so after she dipped it I told her it was too thick and if I wanted it thick I would have done my regular gel nails. She was so rude to me and I have several cuts on 3 fingers like actually cuts and they were bleeding thru the experience. I usually don’t like going to Walmart but I was desperate and I guess I get what I paid for which it wasn’t cheap btw"
