Reviews of Life Church Learning Center - West Campus
"A neighbor shared with me how much they have enjoyed having their little boy here. I met a few teachers and the director and they are top notch. Thank you for caring."
"Terrible experience. After an incident where our child wasn't moving her arm after pick up we were told they were too busy to review the footage because the new school year was starting. After calling back multiple times the director said she would get back to me personally as she knew i was upset But never did! (Its been 3 months) Needless to say we pulled her the following day."
"Such a poor experience with this daycare. Please don't let this daycare be your first choice. They have little to no patience for children of the age of 1-3 years old. If you have an energetic child that can't sit still and is an explorer of everything, your child will not be a good fit for this daycare. Our child had attended this day care for 3 years. My wife and I did everything we could to work with the daycare by addressing every problem the day care brought up. When our son first attended he had a diarrhea issue and would get sent home once to twice a week. We addressed the issue by sending our child to a gastro doctor which we found out we needed to make changes to his diet. Once that was resolved we started to notice he started getting sent home because he had a phantom fever, what I mean by phantom is the school would call because he had a fever of 101.00 we would take him to the doctor and his fever would be normal. Now at 1-2 years old my son was a bit of a crier and I began to suspect this daycare was finding any reason to send my child home. I confronted the then director, if her motive was to get rid of my son because he is a bit of a crier? She got very defensive and became extremely rude to me. At this time COVID-19 was in full swing and we did not have much of a choice but to stick it out and try our best to improve our son's behavior. Within a few months the director left, our son changed classrooms and a new director came in. Then things began to change a little. My wife and I thought wow things were great. During the covid-19 rules we never really got to meet the teachers. Once we did we got to meet Ms. Cynthia she's the best thing to come out of this school, she made a positive impact on my son's life. My son was in her class for roughly a year and a half without any calls. Other teachers in the facility had come to be surprised with Ms. Cynthia's care giving skills because they had already given up on my then 1year and 8 month old son. A few months ago my son who had turned 3 had to move to an older class. Within a weeks time we began to get calls my son was saying cuss words, kicking and screaming. At this point my wife and I jumped on board with the director at the daycare to correct this behavior. We believe we had corrected these issues because we would not receive calls any longer on them. About a month after that we began to receive phone calls stating our son was running around the classroom, screaming and taking off his shoes. With me being the team player I am, I started leaving work to talk to my son and to correct the behavior. I thought of us (daycare) as a team and would do anything to help this team out. About three weeks ago is when these got worst. We would receive a call twice to three times a week to pick up our son because he was crawling on the ground, running out of the classroom and screaming. Then this week the worst one ever; our son was suspend one day from the day care for not listening to come sit to eat, running out of the classroom, and taking off his shoes. How can you suspend a 3 year from school for crawling, screaming and taking off his shoes? I mean us as parents call it the terrible threes for a reason? Am I wrong? And why was the classroom door open to allow any kids to escape the classroom? The director even began to put words in my son's mouth about going home. The last day (yesterday) she stated my son said he wanted me to pick him up, and he was misbehaving. But the first thing out his mouth when I walked on campus, he said no dad I want to stay at school. This ate me up as a father and the director says we love you sweety while smiling and holding his withdrawal form. This daycare hides behind the Cross of Jesus Christ. The bible states the Devil is the "father of lies"(John 8:44), and "Often he comes to us under the guise of what seems to be good and right" (Corinthians 11:14). Please reconsider parents."
"love this daycare, I enroll my child throughout the year to keep him busy since he is an only child. They are always sweet and patient with him. Thank you for the work you do!"
