"God forbid if you call at the last minute when they first open and let them know you can't make it because your son needs to go to the ER! Bailey the lady that answered said, "I'll have to mark your appointment as no show because you didn't leave a voicemail" He just started throwing up the morning of his appointment! Then we were there Monday and we arrived at 3:30, his appointment was at 3:45, they still hadn't seen him by 4:15! So we left! So it's okay for Drs to waste our time, but if we have an emergency we're marked as "No Show". The only good thing that ever came of this place was Dr Buege and Stacey. Sarah Hart isn't that great. We had seen her 3 times last year for 3 huge warts and asked for a referral for a dermatologist. Never gave us one or sent anything. She just thought it would go away with the stuff they use in office. I'm not bringing my son here anymore. It's okay for doctors or nurses to waste our time, but we can't call for an emergency without being placed as "no show". I could see if it were done purposely but my son is sick!"

"Moved to Elizabethtown had to transfer Doctors. Moved back to shepherdsville they won’t take him bc we had moved to Elizabethtown and said they don’t take someone who transferred out. Not sure what that has to do my son getting healthcare."

"Overall this place is great. However, there is one APRN that we personally would like to avoid because every time we see her we are pawned off to go to the ER. 1st time was due to stomach pain. The 2nd time we were pawned off to the ER she said she would follow up to see if we actually go to the ER which I took as a little threating. Anyways, I just received a $800 ER bill for my kid to receive some glue on his head. The ER staff said that this was an easy fix and could have been done in the office. Again, overall great place if you are not directed to go to the ER for simple matters."

"I have been taking my kids here for almost 8 years now. Started out seeing dr hart. All the doctors are amazing here. Now we see Stacey everytime she’s the absolute best takes everything I say into consideration and listens I’ve never trusted a doctor office this much! My kiddos always feel like family with everyone in this office! Everyone is so sweet."
