"Richard gave great customer service when we bought our Temperpedic mattress. However, he included 2 free temperpedic pillows (not in stock) in our purchase which we have yet to receive. Initially, the approx wait was 2 weeks post purchase and that was almost 7months ago. I've called several times for an update and told that Richard will return my call. Customer service was excellent when we purchased the mattress, bed sheets and mattress protector. Unfortunately, following through with the entire transaction is poor."
