He picked up our calls when we needed him. And answered all of our questions. He also took the time to listen and understand exactly what kind of mattress we needed and were looking for. He was considerate of how big of a decision this was and did not pressure us into anything. We looked at a couple of other mattress stores afterwards but we came back to mattress firm solely because of Julius. He explained the advantages of each and helped me select the ideal mattress. Cheiro arranged delivery that same day. I was sleeping comfortably on my new mattress just a few hours later. He included a metal frame and a “bonkie” board in the package and convinced me to purchase a mattress protector to ensure the longevity of my new Sealy Posturepedic mattress.
