"If there was a way to give 0 stars, I would. They have the worst communication of anyone I have ever met. They say one thing and then tell you another. They don't call you back in answer to your questions. (Referring to my experience with the head start people in this building). I had a bad experience in Ohio with their head start program and even stressed that to this program but apparently they didn't listen. This is worse than in Ohio, and Ohio is pretty bad"
