"Amazing childcare center! My three year old is learning her planets, sign language and phonetic sounds! They have created a nurturing and loving environment where my child is thriving!"
"I love this daycare, I’ve been hearing about how good Luv’Em & Leave’Em was since I was in high school when some of my friends had kids. I now have a family and I graduated high school in 2004. I wanted to say that my kids are so comfortable and really enjoy and are excited to go to school, that speaks volume. Mrs. Valerie is such a kindhearted person and compassionate about those kids in her care, she goes above and beyond to make sure the kids are active and importantly always learning. I fell on some hard-times and was behind on some payments, God bless Mrs.Valerie she worked with me until I could get back on track. I also wanted to point out that the curriculum is amazing my 4yr old twins have learned their alphabet by sign-language and I was truly blown away. I wish I could upload my video of my daughters sighing it’s amazing. My 2yr daughter has some speech problems and now she is saying full sentences and expressing herself and using her words, once again I am so amazed. My children attend the location off of Sublett and cooper the staff is amazing especially Mrs. Coco my twins love love her they think she is awesome and has cool hairstyles , they always want me to put there hair like hers. I don’t look at this place as childcare but more like a Academy, you will not be disappointed your kids will have the best and will be under the best care."
"My daughter has attended this facility for 3year and it is one of the best decisions I could have ever mad for my child. They are really big on education and the give homework on a weekly bases. The owners go over and beyond for every child, parent, and even the staff. Everyone customer service is genuine and friendly and that is very rare in some daycares. I truly take pride in this center because they have a true passion for the kids. If you are looking for your child to be smart, well fed, and clean at all times, then this is the center for you!"
"If my review was ONLY about academics & cleanliness Luv Em & Leave Em would definitely get 4-5 stars. My 16month old & 3 year old both attended for over 2 years. The teachers (Mercedes, Evelyn, Allona, Maraseli) are EXCELLENT! No complaints about any of them. The issue is that the teachers change too frequently. When my 3year olds teacher went on maternity leave, her class was more like "babysitting" than "a learning experience." The teachers changed so frequently they didn't know my child's name. For the price we pay I was not very happy about this. The Owner Valerie & Co-Owner Jackie are VERY unprofessional. Valerie is money hungry & I gossips about parents to other parents in front of the parents that don't gossip. She's not even a little discreet. She had made comments to other parents that I "need to whoop my kids". Jackie pretty much runs the daycare. On one occasion 30minutes after dropping my 16month old off at school, I had too pick him up because "another parent had a concern that he has pink eye". After explaining to them that he has allergies, taking off work, paying a co-pay for an emergency doctor office visit he returned back to school the same day with a letter stating he does not have pink eye. Instead of Jackie simply taking the letter and accepting him back into the daycare she argued with my Husband that my son still has all of the symptoms of the pink eye. On another occasion we asked that Jackie's daughter (who also works here) stop showing favoritism toward my son (kissing on him, taking him out of his classroom etc). Instead of Jackie simply addressing her Employee, she called my Husband on the phone and argued with him about NOTHING. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. The potty training & learning is descent here. It's not worth paying someone's mortgage ($1200 per month) though."
"My daughter has been there for over a year now. She has learned so much!! We love the staff. We were going to move to another city but this learning center was one of the reasons that kept us in Arlington. They're great!"
