"This place is sadly not improving although they are charging more per hour. I was not informed at all that my child did not eat while she was there nor was I informed that she got hurt until I picked her up. a worker even called me to asked about dinner but did not tell me about her getting hurt and not eating the snack they provided . My child was clearly starving when I picked her up. Doing below the bare minimum for our kids is not what we pay for . Wouldn’t recommend this place unless you absolutely need the child care assistance ."
"When shopping in the area or want to catch a movie we always bring our children here. Great experience every time. Love that the hours are very flexible & open on weekends which is unheard of! Great place to bring the kiddos when you just need that extra break as well and knowing they’re in good hands. So sad the Allen location closed because we like to shop that way as well so I make sure to patronize as much as we can…"
"Kids Park is such a great resource for my family. We’re always thankful we get to take our kids there when we have date night or no babysitting available. I was stuck with my children at home yesterday and had to work. I was able to drop them off and get back to work. Plus my children love the place so much that they ask to go there every weekend. When I dropped them off yesterday, they started jumping and giggling. Highly recommend it!"
"Best switch we have ever made! Our 3 year old son has been attending KidsPark for a month now. He was previously in 2 different private daycares and everyday we picked him up, he seemed indifferent. Everyday we pick him up from KidsPark he is so excited to tell us about how much fun he had that day and how he has made so many new friends. I would HIGHLY recommend this daycare. Especially to those who work hours later than 5pm! Thank you KidsPark!!"
