"This place is a joke! Told my husband he had to wear a mask due his symptoms… he was having an issue in ONE EAR. And no other symptoms. The staff is extremely rude. The Dr seemed annoyed the second he walked in and my husband said he could tell the dr didn’t even want to help him. They basically said they would not see him without him wearing a mask. Even though there is no mask mandate in the state or through Norton. Also Tried to force our healthy two year old to wear a mask when he came with me to take my other son. Again rude rude staff!!!!"

"I’m going to be honest here. I understand why they said the things they did and that they want to help, but telling someone to ‘cut out’ eating Mexican and Italian food is a terrible thing to do. Brittany asked me what foods I eat, to which I answered honestly cereal, eggs and rice. And she still jumped to the conclusion I must be eating unhealthy. I will be going back but only because I want help. But if I get fat-shamed one more time I will never be back."

"A terrible place i wouldn't take a sick animal to. They show no courtesy or respect to patients. i was refused new prescriptions for medicines i had been taking for the last few years. When i saw Brittany Hoffman there she had a real bad attitude telling me she knew more than the Doctors i had seen in the past. She said i was just going to learn how to suffer and would not refill medicines i needed. her assistant and the office people would never call me back like they told me they would. Brittany is a real insult to a patients intelligence. Do not go to this place if you want good care."

"The temporary ARNP doesn't seem to care about her patients health. Even for an appointment that would take all of 3 minutes. Alison Bailey is wonderful and I regret making an appointment with Trisha Walton and wasting my time. I drove from Indiana at my job and left early to get to my appointment. The traffic is beyond insane trying to get there from the interstate. I don't travel to Shelbyville often and had no idea I'd be sitting in that traffic for 15 minutes a mile away from my appointment. When I called to let them know I was stuck in that traffic they nurse didn't answer so I left a VM. When I arrived they told me they spoke with the provider and that she wouldn't be able to see me since I was late. No offer to work me in. Just either reschedule or go to the urgent care center.."

"I went in for the first time for an appointment that I have been having for a cough that’s been a week long, everyone was nice. The wait time was okay. I was told I was going to get a prescription for my cough but it has been two days and I have yet gotten that prescription. The pharmacy keeps telling me that nothing has been sent in. I have called numerous times and have left messages and have also sent a message through the MyChart. I have heard nothing back. The front desk receptionist just keeps sending me to the phone that goes to voicemail."
