"Scheduled my appointment on December 28 to be saying on the 19th I lost my appointment due to surgery and couldn't be seen until another week afterwards putting me 12 weeks pregnant at that point had an appointment for the 12th as well because I was passing blood clots and actively bleeding they canceled that appointment after I checked in for the appointment telling me I didn't need it called me back the same day to ask if I could come back in that afternoon and actually be seen without doing any scans. I did need to be seen after I had already lost my appointment time have no regard for outside work schedules demands that other schedules be adjusted and then can't provide any back ups if anything is to come up."

"OB is amazing, always was in & out during appointments, my bf passed away during my pregnancy and all of the staff sent there condolences & was very caring! Also when I had my baby the hospital went above & beyond expectations. My mom is a Dr & was so surprised on how good I was treated. They really care for you and your baby! They was so good to me I didn’t even wanna go home after I had my baby. I just wanted to stay there"

"I have had 2 babies born there and the staff are very nice I am now pregnant 30 weeks with my daughter, every time I see someone diffrent, my favorite obgyn there is robin follow by dr. Collier he's doing my c section with this one, I'm super excited to meet my daughter in 9 weeks :) yea the women at the front desk is not all that friendly but neighter are the patients to her, I have seen people yell at her so she has a reason to be stressed out. She's never had an attitude with me or my husband. Even when we take my son who has a disability, he gets into everything they just keep smiling at him, when I know it gets on there nerves lol but I give this place 5 stars they are the best."

"If I could give this place no stars, I absolutely would. I just moved up here and had my care transferred to this facility and every time I have an appointment, they deny me service and reschedule me. I haven't seen a doctor for my pregnancy in over 2 months and I am now 31 weeks pregnant. The short, black haired receptionist is ABSOLUTELY terrible. She first denied me a visit because she didn’t know how to read my records right and today I was told I had to be rescheduled because the doctor who they scheduled me with was in delivery (which is understandable) but considering I’m pushing less then 9 weeks till I deliver and haven’t seen a doctor in over 2 months, they should have let me seen somebody else just to check on the baby to make sure nothing is wrong. I was just hosptialized for dehydration and they won’t even see me for 5 minuets just to check on my baby. This place is terrible. I would not recommend getting cared for here."

"I could go on for days. I had a horrible pregnancy from beginning to end- more problems than I can count. Everyone I dealt with were helpful, genuinely concerned, and always made me feel like they cared about me and my sweet baby. Misty up front always makes me feel like family. Melissa is an amazing ultrasound tech, always made me feel comfortable and gets the best pictures she can. Dr. Land is excellent at explaining things in a way that makes sense, and listening to concerns. I used to have Dr. Hourigan and I absolutely loved him, he helped me through the loss of my first baby. I was afraid when he left that I'd have to find someone else or go to Lexington but Dr. Land took great care of me. My only complaints are: 1. When I was having heart problems and ended up having to deliver early, an older doctor that I never met ended up being my only option (she apparently helped out one weekend per month). I was so uncomfortable with this but my baby had to come and I had no choice. 2. Baptist Health Richmond is where you have to go for labor/delivery/etc. and I had a horrible experience with them more than once."
