"I went to college with Kyle and was ECSTATIC to find out he had started a 2SLGBTQIA+ friendly practice to meet a myriad of needs, employing fellow community members as well as allies. It is wonderful to know you can be completely open, honest, and vulnerable with your therapist and you are SAFE and free from discrimination. Especially during these times, this gives one such peace of mind; tensions are high, misinformation is rampant, you're part of an already marginalized demographic being further targeted and discriminated against, there's no price you can place on knowing who you can trust. You can be yourself with these folx, and you know that they're being real with you. They go above and beyond to help you work through your issues and to provide any additional resources you may need. A lot of these folx are also fellow Appalachians and this gives me comfort in knowing I won't be judged for my dialect or where I come from. I cannot recommend this place and their employees enough, especially if you're a part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community!"

"Alright guys, I've been seeing my therapist here for over two years now, and I know most are kind of wary of 5 star reviews in my experience, but this place actually does deserve it. The people here are kind, considerate, and very down to earth. For as long as I've been going here I have had no issue with feeling out of place, or like my problems didn't matter- regardless of how big or small they felt at the time. These last two years I've been able to come into my own a LOT, it's helped me better my relationships, it's helped me find a way forward when I felt like I had no idea what to do next, and even if you don't need guidance with either of those things, it also just genuinely helps to talk about whats going on in life with someone that wants to listen. Would definitely recommend everyone trying it at least once, as I know it changed my life for the better."

"If you miss more than one appointment, even if you’ve been seeing the same person at this clinic for over 3 YEARS, you get stuck with a $55 fee PLUS your co-pay. Other mental health clinicians let you miss one appointment every year without charging to give people the grace of having a life, but not this place."

"I eagerly connected with a therapist here using Therapy Den initially. Turns out it wasn’t a great match because during in-person sessions, my therapist seemed distracted and apathetic. They would drink/open a full can of soda, yawn while I was speaking frequently enough for me to remember, not ask me reflective questions followed by long pauses after I spoke as if they weren’t listening, and browsed on their laptop during sessions. It didn’t seem like they were taking notes or were reflecting on previous sessions while on the computer. Unhelpful overall."
