"Doctor Veloudis and Amy are knowledgeable and compassionate OBGYN providers. I have been a patient for 20 years."
"9/11/23 I called to find out details on fertility testing. Was told $50 to hold appointment and $350 for consultation. Insurance isn’t taken as it’s only a self pay clinic. Why would anyone want to spend so much for speaking, it will never be me. I’d rather go overseas than waste my money on greedy so called “medical professional.”"
"From the time we initially reached out to Dr. Veloudis' office, we immediately knew that this was the place we wanted to be at. The extra time and care taken with each appointment only confirmed our decision further. Each staff member was always friendly and made an extra effort to ensure that any question/concern we may have was addressed. We would 100% recommend the Lexington Fertility Center!!"
"PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't begin to explain how terrible, unprofessional, and scam- like this place is. All they care about is the money. They are rude and have no system for record keeping. In our initial consultation, the dr scribbled a few things on a piece of paper. I am pretty sure he threw that away. Because when we called back, they had no idea who we were even though we filled out all the paperwork before coming in. The doctor prescribed meds before diagnosis or examining my partner or me. He ordered tests but never told us what the results meant? Issues of fertility are emotionally taxing and difficult. There is a reason why couples seek help in the first place. It wouldn’t kill them to be friendly, forget about empathy and politeness. We called multiple times asking the dr to tell us what do the results mean or give us a copy. Nothing. finally, they told us they don't send a blurry picture of our results. I asked for a clearer copy but nothing. What kind of place is this??? I can't fathom how they run their business if they don't keep any records or follow up with patients. I am at loss for words. I am leaving this review because I understand the difficulty and stress associated with issues of infertility. So, please avoid this place to prevent unnecessary stress and frustration in your life."
"My partner was supposed to get meds before her appointment to relax her uterus. They told her to call back a couple of days before the appointment to get the medication. After trying a couple of times the receptionist took a message and told the doc. Although when we went to go pick up the meds, they were completely different. The doc prescribe her an antibiotics and no where on her chart. Her appointment rolls around and she wasn't taken back on time for her appointment, which I understand people get behind. On the other hand they took people back that they stated that their appointment was at a later time than my partners. Getting back there the nursing staff was great, they explained that the antibiotics are for after the procedure but she was supposed to get the other med before. My partner clearly to the receptionist that it was medication to relax her uterus. The nurses and docs are great. But the receptionist are the worst, no empathy skills and very rude when they are asked a question. I understand they might deal with rude patients, but that is life. They need to do their job the right way being polite and have empathy."
