"I have been going here for years. However, I was forced to switch providers with no notice. I had a telehealth scheduled for 9am with my original provider, then was told I had to come into the office via phone call at 8:50am the same day. I was also informed that I was switching providers with no explanation, and that this was my, "only option." The new provider could not even write RXs yet . This was a very uncomfortable environment (a very similar experience to Robin's review below). I was also sent a bill on 12/19 for 12 months worth of services, including an $83 3 minute call, in which my medical issue was not resolved. I have been a patient here for years, but will be changing facilities ASAP."

"Sometimes the appointments can run a little longer than expected but the staff are very helpful and courteous, the clinic is always clean, and I enjoy working with them as a patient."

"This place has prescribed me ADHD medicine since 2018. At my most recent appointment I was informed they will no longer be able to prescribe stimulant ADHD medicine. They gave me no time to find a new provider. They waited until I was out of my current prescription to inform me of their decision. The earliest I am able to see a new provider is December 4th. It is the middle of October. The reason they decided to abruptly stop prescribing controlled substances? The new CEO doesn’t believe adults have ADHD. Therefore they should not be prescribed stimulant medication. Not only is this decision extremely uninformed, and made off of baseless thoughts which do not follow years of research… it is malicious, and qualifies under the guidelines of medical malpractice. I have reported them to the Kentucky board of medical licensing. I can only hope no one is hurt by this reckless decision. However if someone is hurt by this decision, I hope they have enough sense to take this place to the cleaners for medical malpractice."

"Anastasia is absolutely wonderful. She is one of the rare doctors that truly does care about her patients overall wellbeing. I have been dealing with serval ongoing health issues for years now, and Anastasias approach to dealing with them has been thoughtful and thorough . She problem solves until she finds answers that, in my case have connected my issues- and then finds a solution to treat them. She also likes to get to the root cause instead of offering “band aid” solutions to my conditions. When I say she really goes above and beyond, I mean it. She understands that the world of mental care and the world of internal care are inextricably linked and that there is a bigger picture to look at when it comes to my health. They went out of their way to see my toddler same-day when he was showing symptoms of an ear infection. The follow-up care has been thorough. My recent visit to establish care for myself and get refills on existing prescriptions was a really positive experience. The Eagle Creek facility is brand new and welcoming."
