Hamburg Urgent Care 1916 Justice Drive, Lexington, KY 40509

"Worst urgent care ever. Even the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone. They “claimed” to have sent my prescription to the pharmacy about 5-6 times now but pharmacy never got it. Also manager claimed they were talking to the pharmacy and they had faxed it over. Also claimed it was the pharmacies fault that they must be out of stock (pharmacy never even got the scripts in the first place). Pharmacy confirmed that in fact was also a lie. Then manager at urgent care had the nerve to say well I need your mothers name so I can tell the pharmacy she is picking it up. I told her she had already been to the pharmacy and talked to them and then she said well ma’am you’re 30 years old so. What does that have to do with anything except being rude? Sorry my mom actually cares about me and is willing to pick up my Meds because I AM SICK obviously hence why I went to urgent care. Get new management with better customer service skills"

"Only gets a 1 because 0 isn’t an option. I went to this urgent care Sunday and made the mistake of openly and honestly asking for help. The sorry excuse for a “nurse practitioner” instead told me I was a fraud and that I wouldn’t be seen. Turns out lying to your healthcare provider would’ve been a better option. I went to Baptist, was honest and was treated with respect and dignity. From the office staff to the NP this place is absolute trash. I did reach out to the organization 5 days ago to address the vile treatment I received and have not received any response. DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"The provider/doctor appeared dismissive, nonchalant and did not appear engaging or receptive to address concerns. Did not even ask about current medications or ongoing medical conditions. Your better off going to the ER if you need immediate valid care for common illnesses. The receptionists and medical assistant were wonderful. They were friendly,helpful, customer oriented. But, people come for urgent express medical care so if the provider is not up to par. Nothing else matters!"

"Super easy to get in and be seen immediately. I never have to wait long. The office staff is always friendly and willing to help with any insurance issues. The providers genuinely seem to care. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing to be seen for medical issues."
