Reviews
"Ryan Smith is my PT. The attitude in the facility is very positive. All the employees genuinely see to like one another. Ryan gives me very good instructions for my therapy and is very encouraging. I would recommend this facility!"
"I am very impressed with the professionalism and quality of care I have received at KORT Brannon Crossing."
"Jordan Redman is an exceptional rehab coach. She knows her stuff. In fact my quality of life has improved after each appointment. In addition, she’s so personable. Easy to relate to and she makes one feel she genuinely wants to help improve my health. She’s top notch!"
"Jordan is an excellent pelvic floor physical therapist. I wish everyone could go to her because they would be lucky to have such great wholistic medical care. As a woman who has been fighting for years to fix my issues, she has helped me more in a month than any of the 15 doctors I saw before her. I have IBS-C so my muscles were so tired and painful. Thank you to Amy Collins the gastroenterologist who referred me."
"KORT has the best hours in the industry, which is why I kept going back. However, I tried multiple KORT therapists and locations in the Lexington area and was equally unhappy each time. I can do exercises at home. When I went to KORT, that's all it was. When I asked about manual therapy, I was continually told (by every therapist in every location) that manual therapy should not be a major part of my care. And I received manual therapy one time in the weeks I went. When I went to another physical therapist office in town, I had to take off work because of their hours, but the care was far superior. Immediately, they began manual therapy and incorporated it into every session. Dry needling was started almost immediately and I saw significant gains from that. Using the Graston technique allowed me to heal much faster then merely doing exercises. Piece of advice, if your physical therapist doesn't actually touch patients, find a new PT."
