"Horribly rude office staff and unprofessional practitioners. I was a patient of Pauline’s for 8 years then one day I call to schedule my next appointment and I’m told they can no longer book me due to the fact Pauline was thinning out her clients to retire. No warning when I was seen by her just 3 months prior. They offered no other explanation and made it clear they were not concerned about helping me find another provider or how to get my medicine refilled that was almost out. They refused to let me speak with Pauline and just kept brushing me off. I had issues over the years with the office that I kept to myself, I should have paid attention to the red flags. The practice overall is extremely unprofessional, inconsiderate and unreliable. Wether the reason for not allowing me to reschedule was truly her attempt to cut back, or something else, Pauline should have had to balls to tell me herself, not hide behind her rude office staff. Don’t waste your time with this practice!"

"I Absolutely Love Everyone At Summit Health! I have got to experience help from Dr. Whitney Mayer and Pauline Siders! They are both Wonderful and Caring people that Really do Want To Help you in any way possible!!! Sadly to say, Whitney left and is elsewhere now. She was my 1st Dr. and I actually cried when she found a different job. But Pauline Is Amazing!!! Every one treats you with kindness, and do not make u feel like you are being judged from anything you've been through or going through! Just Be Completely Honest and Don't Be scared to tell them How you truly feel inside! You will get the best service ever!!! I truly appreciate everyone there at Summit Health!!!"

"If i could leave negative stars I would. The receptionist is very rude and not pleasant at all. She will talk down to you and even argue. Not great for people who are already dealing with mental health and mood disorders. She shouldnt be working with the public thats for sure. Besides that I like Whitney alot and have good experiences with my mental recovery, but it makes me not even want to call or go there to deal with Ms. Attitude. Hopefully they see she is causing them business and let her go to a job where she has no interaction with the people."

"I called this morning to make my first appointment. The girl who answered the phone only said hello and didn’t say the office name or anything. I thought I had called someone’s personal number on accident. I told her I was trying to make an appointment did I have a wrong number and she was very rude and said “uhh do you even have insurance?” When I said yes she huffed and said “who with”. Very unprofessional, very rude and off putting. I will not be scheduling here."

"When you are dealing with people who have fragile emotions, anxiety and other mental health issues MAYBE you should try a thing called compassion. Your receptionist is rude and dismissive and has ZERO grace. I understand rules and I get that if I mixed up my appointment time then maybe I cannot be seen but to speak to someone in such a short rude manner is NOT ok. You all are not the only providers in town and I will gladly go somewhere else and make sure everyone I know knows how you treat people who are just seeking help. SHAME ON YOU!"
