"I drove 30 min so my daughter could be seen at this facility after the horrible experience we had at Baptist Health Urgent Care in Nicholasville. While there, we waited over 2 hours to be seen, and the staff was very rude. COMPLETE OPPOSITE HERE! I am very satisfied for the customer service, resolution provided, and most importantly, the length of time my daughter's visit, thank you!"

"I showed up to this urgent care at 8 o’clock on a Sunday night a half hour before they closed. I expected overworked staff and an attitude from everyone and let me tell you I couldn’t have been more wrong! I was greeted at the desk by Vanessa and Danelle. Who treated us with kindness, respect, and dignity. They called my daughter honey and sweetheart, and made the whole thing. So simple! We were in and out of there in a half hour. We saw Dr. soda who asked questions and then gave me an opportunity to ask questions. What’s so unbelievable to me is he treated us better than our pediatrician who we’ve been going to for three years! On the way out LA gave my daughter a sucker told her she hoped she would feel better soon. I just can’t say. Enough good things about everybody in there! Amazing experience amazing people that’s how healthcare should be and I know of a lot of doctors offices and emergency rooms that should go there and watch these three women and one doctor do things. Definitely will be back!"

"I had to get stitches for the first time and came in scared the nurse Vanessa was so nice a soothing it was easy to calm down. Adam the doctor took great care of me and treated me like a person not just a patient. If I need anything in the future I will for sure be coming back"

"This is less than urgent care. The front desk staff was rude. I wasn't told what I was being swabbed for and was then instructed to go wait in my car. The wait wasn't long. They took me back to a room and the only vitals they did were O2, pulse and temp. The nurse practitioner was nice but took a quick medical history but didn't ask about any medications I was taking. I could overhear the front desk staff looking for my pharmacy in the system. They couldn't find my pharmacy so they told me where they were sending my medications. When I asked why they said my pharmacy was closed when I knew they were open until midnight. If you know for sure what's wrong with you and just need some quick antibiotics this is the place. For anything else go elsewhere"

"Friendly service with employees that are kind and considerate. I didn’t have to wait long to get checked in and I was seen very shortly after. Turn around on my results wasn’t very long either. I did have to wait in my car for my results but this makes sense and wasn’t a problem for me. I was able to easily pay my bill at the counter when I got it about a month later."
