"The room was okay but high priced sinice the curtain rod was broken the bathroom door didn't want to shut it only had one hing connected to the door. One draw on the dresser wouldn't stay shut and was in the way so you would run into it walking the sink vanity was coming off the wall and we paid 88 for the room that needed work"

"Not Clean rooms are outdated had to put us in 3 different rooms before they found one that did not stink of smoke and funky smells will not stay here again once was all it took . PS. The front desk girl was great"

"I am so disappointed with my stay here. Me and my family have stayed at this hotel before with no issues. The only difference was our clean room was non-smoking and the ghetto room was smoking. The phone did not work, there was no fire alarm in the room (it was missing), there were dead roaches and living roaches that I had to fight off, the bed had this huge stain as pictured and the ice bucket was disgusting. It's like the smoking rooms were just crappy and they discriminated against smokers. For a smoking room it had zero ashtrays. Room 223 is absolutely disgusting! When I checked out the front desk clerk said, “Non-smoking rooms are nicer than smoking rooms and we've had a lot of issues with room 223, I thought the roach problem was fixed, you should have called and we would have switched your room”. Why even book the room for someone knowing there is issues? I wasn’t compensated for my issues and I will not be staying here ever again."

"Visiting our children and grandchildren on base. Checked in Friday morning, found bag of Marijuana on bed, turned in to front desk. Stayed out all days and only slept and showered in room. Sunday morning went to sit on toilet and felt drips going down back. Got up and urine was leaking through ceiling and down wall ruining toilet paper, etc. URINE! Made formal complaint with front desk upon check out. After a month of trying to get courtesy refund or credit, Manager Rohan defiantly refused any courtesy whatsoever. See pictures. I will counsel with our attorney regarding the very serious health hazard from the urine."

"I’ve never stayed at a hotel that was so run down. Our bathroom door was literally falling apart, literally. We couldn’t even open it without fear that it would split in half. It had been taped in several places and then painted over. One of the drawers under the TV was taped shut with black electrical tape in four places. The drawer face on the night stand was hanging off. Water dripped heavily in the bathtub. The paint, oooffff! One positive. The sheets seemed clean - but did have what appeared to be a burn hole."
