"Refused to provide service to my wife. Made an appointment with Dr Ashmun a week ago and we show up to them saying that we have no appointment. Then they start asking if we're even at the correct office as if there's some other Julie Ashmun in Lexington that's running an OB/Gyn. They also refused to see her at all, even to check on the baby, until we were able to get her paperwork transferred from our doctor where we'd just moved from. Poor service all around. Had my wife in tears. If they can't even get making an appointment correct I can't imagine what other problems would come up throughout the rest of the process."

"I am most dissatisfied with Dr. Julie Ashmun's office. My daughter has been going through multiple tests. During the course of these tests we have gotten either no instructions or the wrong instructions. Recently when trying to find our way to the lab, a woman practically barked directions at us. Then today, when leaving the office, two of the receptionists were obviously discussing our case. Very disturbing!"
