"Beware anyone who coupons, anyone who has disabilities, or anyone who doesnt want to be disrespected in general. I've had two instances where theyve made me basically cry by treating me like im not a human. I broke leg, hip, arm, and 4 ribs 2 months ago and one of my first stops was walgreens when i could finally leave the house. I was in line behind an older gentleman and his card was one penny short and the guy at the register literally shouted to the whole store asking for a penny or he couldnt move the line. He also wouldnt help the older gentleman get a walgreens card for the savings so me and my friend let him use ours. When it was my turn i was trying to learn how to coupon and he basically made a spectacle of me as well. My rewards didnt print and he made his disdain very visible needless to say i didnt return to this walgreens for several months. Flash to today and i go to the walgreens and I'm picking up an order for my mom and myself. My moms order is done and ready and completely fine. I go to get mine and the lady says it isnt ready but i could go grab the stuff and get it ready to scan out. Fast forward to being almost ready and the same guy from a few months ago comes up to me and says that they had two of the same orders and its a glitch and i say no it looks similar bc i shop and my mother shop for the same things but i clearly have different items like such and such could you plz grab your scanner so i can go i have everything just about. He never comes back and i go to the register and let everyone go in front of me and the cashier is making rude remarks like its going to be a funny day. She was wearing a normal shirt and appeared to be a team lead, after i let everyone in front of me and got to the register i put my stuff up on the counter and shes searching through the scanner so i say my name for the first time and she gets smart with me and says im not suppose to shop my own order and that i should just go. I ask her to cancel my order and she just tells me to get out, bye. Idk what i did to this lady but this walgreens is a 0 out of 5 stars the catalinas never print right, their rude, they hate disabled people and they have no respect for anyone."

"Stopped here for some meds. They have the shelves stocked. Found everything I needed. Store was clean and tidy. Updated store hours in my photos."

"Will never go back to this location ever again. 2 covid vaccines scheduled for the second dose.. They do not honor your appointments. They even sent a reminder about the time of the appointments. Beyond angry with them. I scheduled this dose 3 weeks ago and they said they changed their hours 2 weeks ago. No notice or call to reschedule. Piss poor service and at least one employee that wants to do nothing but blame their scheduling system. Take responsibility and admit your mistake. When you work for a team it is everyone's fault including yours. Go to the New Albany Walgreens on State street if you must. Staff is accommodating and nice."

"One of the ladies in the pharmacy, I always see when I pick up my meds...I cant think of her name right now...but she is the sweetest lady ever. Its always a joy to speak with her. I've been using this as my pharmacy for years and I'm a very happy customer. They are always great at getting my prescriptions filled in a timely manner the pharmacists are always ready to offer insight for any questions I have and are very knowledgeable. I just appreciate the service I receive here."
