"I was informed by my mother who has several chronic health issues that she went to this cvs after work yesterday with ear pain and a sore throat and they told her they were booked up and then my mom being in pain cried and the blonde headed lady in the minute clinic LAUGHED at her. Please tell me what about someone being in pain of any sort is funny? All I’m going to say is that is someone who needs to be fired and I will now be switching pharmacies from CVS ENTIRELY. That’s unacceptable. My mom lives with so much chronic pain. Someone shouldn’t be working in health care who doesn’t have empathy. CVS DO BETTER!"
"EXTREMELY rude people in the pharmacy. My boyfriend needed to pick up very important heart medication and the guy sent us outside numerous times just to shut the door in our face once we finally got what was needed. He was very rude and unapologetic. Acted like we were rude for daring to approach the counter. My boyfriend literally just out of the hospital from having a heart attack... he DESPERATELY needs that medication but they clearly don't care about the wellbeing of those who come in the store. Shameful."
"Pharmacist was extremely rude and uncooperative in helping to sort out an issue with an auto-refill prescription. Was told “it just gets frustrating when we have to explain ourselves and you just don’t get it”. Would not recommend going to this particular pharmacist again. I immediately moved all my prescriptions to Kroger and was given such welcoming accommodation to setting up a new patient profile and ensuring all my prescriptions were accurate."
"Drove to this pharmacy at 3AM, since it was the only one open near me, to get a prescription for my sick child after a Teladoc appointment at 2AM. When I inquired about getting the prescription was told it would be ready later for pick up, asked what time that might be and was told 10AM-11AM. I explained the situation and said I was willing to wait around for an hour or so, as this steroid would relive my 1 year old of his problems, and was told NO they would not fill it now. When asked why was simply told, there is only a few of us working right now. No one was in the line, in the store, or even in the parking lot. Very rude and thanks for trying to help me out on Christmas Eve."
"My mother’s Dr prescribed her a medication. CVS kept giving me the run around and finally told they had to order it. After a week I called and was told that it had not been ordered and it should be delivered the following day. I called the next day and it had not come in. At that point was so frustrated with them, I-called Walgreen and the had several bottles but needed CVS to fax prescription. I’ve asked them to please send the scrip. That was a week ago, now we are going on 3 weeks. Walgreens has called them 4 times with no response. I just got off the phone with the pharmacist, who was so rude and short tempered. You know I get that he is obviously being overworked based on his interaction with me. After 3 weeks of CVS lack of customer care, I will be transferring all of my scrips to Walgreens."
