"Front staffing lab are great. Not saying the other people aren't nice. Just not very knowledgeable no follow through. I have been going to this place for probably 4 years give or take. Dr Barnes is my primary they have no follow-through follow up they half the time don't even know what's going on with me and what other doctors I'm seeing outside of their facility. They cannot explain blood test results to me at all. I just had an appointment that got canceled twice in one day and I've had the appointment for at least 2 weeks and cannot get in to see anyone so I guess I'll go to Walmart Little clinic lovely group of people not so much"

"Dr Barnes and the whole Tate’s Creek Practice are amazing! The front staff were very friendly and professional. I had hardly any wait time and the nurses are top of the line. We love this practice so much my whole family are patients and will be for as long as they will have is. I would recommend anyone of any age needing a primary care doctor please call and make an appointment!!!"

"Absolutely dissatisfied with the treatment I received from the nurses to the point where I dropped them. Telling me “ I cannot have my medicine” is UNACCEPTABLE. They also are very bad at filling prescriptions and take WEEKS sometimes. The doctor is amazing there but the nurses are complete jerks and they need to have a pep talk. I was literally cussed at on the phone when I asked for my medicine so I dropped them."

"I have been a patient at this practice for 26 years. Dr Scott was my doctor and he was the best doctor in the world. He would always answer every question and talk to you about every problem you had. He would give you all the time in the world. Yes sometimes you would go and you would have to wait sometimes up to an hour to see him. But that's because he was given everybody the same treatment and time and always thoroughly took care of his patients. Unfortunately Dr Scott has retired from the practice and I am not happy with my new doctor. I had them call in a prescription they told me it would be called in that day because they knew I was leaving town. It was for some eye drops for conjunctive itis. My new doctor tells the nurse later that day that he cannot write that prescription he must see me. But nobody calls me to tell me this. I go to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription and they do not have it. I called the doctor's office at 4:30 and they said oh I'm sorry but your doctor would not call in the prescription and you need to come in and see him but he's gone for the weekend. I had one other incident with him where I needed a refill on my prescription and he was out of town for two weeks and I could not get it. So this practice was fantastic when Dr Scott was on board. But now look at it all these bad reviews and the two experiences I had with them. I can no longer recommend them. There will never be a good doctor like Dr Scott ever in this world again. That generation of doctors are long gone. Now it's all about money and greed and stacking patients up on top of each other in and out as quickly as possible and never returning your phone calls or doing anything on you for you. Also did not like my doctor because he talked badly of Dr Scott. And I don't think any doctor taking over a position of another doctor should say anything negative about the one he has replaced."
