"I had a great experience on 10/13/23 I saw Andrea Trenary, she was very professional and helpful, thorough and not rushed. She was genuinely concerned about my health and the fastest way to make me feel better. I had to wait in the waiting area for maybe 40 minutes or so but it’s also walk in based so I’m not sure what else people expect."

"I came to this location recently on a Saturday afternoon (on a UK football home game day too) and was able to be seen pretty quickly. The staff was friendly and very helpful, and the nurse practitioner that I saw was able to diagnose me quickly and get me taken care of. The whole process from check-in to when I left took about 90 minutes, which I thought was more than reasonable for a busy Saturday."

"Mediocre at best. Went to see an obgyn and was paired with a male obgyn without any forewarning and then after requesting tests run it was explained to me that if the patient felt that knew what the issue was then the tests wouldn’t be ordered. After having to request the tests anyways, I was prescribed a medication based off of what I wasn’t sure was wrong and come to find out the medication they prescribed made things worse. When attempting to call to check to see if a female obgyn would be available I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone and then the line would just disconnect. The most ridiculous and subpar experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office. Do not waste your time. Either go to the one on Harrodsburg rd or just go somewhere else entirely!"

"The absolute worst front desk customer service. They make you feel as though you are interrupting their social media time by checking in. No greeting of the day. No thank you. No have a nice day. And it’s the same every time. I love my doctor but I am thinking about switching simply because of the customer service aspect."

"I am so irritated, was told after 4 on Monday my mother needs a test before surgery so at 8:45 get here for a blood test that is not sent to them, then after another hour they can’t do a STAT order and send us to the main hospital with every chair in the waiting room full, so because they can’t do a potassium STAT they have wasted my whole morning. Get your blood tests anywhere but Baptist Health cause they are a joke, did I mention that it’s on the seventh floor and hard to find."
