"The receptionist was pleasant. I was here for a TB shot for work. The medical assistant that gave me the injection, hurt my arm tremendously. I have had TB shots for work before and no issue. She left it black and blue and it hurt like heck for two days. It's still black n blue 4 days later."

"Let me start by saying I’m so frustrated I literally made it to my car before starting this review. Unfortunately this place is incredibly short staffed up front. The receptionist when she was finally freed up was warm and welcoming. She had long dark hair and glasses. While I understand I was getting a live vaccine I requested not to have a consultation, but was unfortunately told I didn’t have a choice if I wanted the vaccine. Sadly it’s a way for them to charge an additional 80 dollars and refuse to take insurance. They DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE STATE VACCINATION RECORDS. I was told by a woman with grey hair and glasses who was incredibly rude and short that would not update it and I could if I wanted after paying over 300 dollars out of pocket for one shot. It was her tone and attitude she unprofessional and very dismissive. I was ahead of the person she took first and she told me she needed to register pts so she could get them back it would be a minute to check me out then closed the glass window in my face after requesting the person behind me. She then refused to check me out and pointed to the other woman.The consultation and the shot both were a total of less then ten minutes due to the fact I had all my other shots and had traveled abroad a lot. The majority of my time was spent waiting at the receptionist desk. The guy giving the shot was amazing this could have been a smooth process that didn’t require an hour had they been staffed properly and the grey headed receptionist wasn’t so rude and curt. She made her point I’ll find another facility next time if it’s such a bother to her to have pts."

"I made an appointment for a TB test. Arrived called the desk and was able to sit in lobby. I was the only person in lobby and the building was very quiet. After 35 minutes of waiting I asked when I would be seen and the person jumped up and said let me see. He returned and said they will be with you in a minute. I am the only one there, I made an appointment and I have to alert him that I am tired of waiting. What a HUGE waste of time, no sense of urgency. I am wondering if I had not questioned the staff member how long they would have let me sit there all by myself. Please don't waste your time, that is rude and there are plenty of other places that will be happy to make money off a test that we no longer need."
