"Making an appointment is a waste of time. Clinics will shuffle you back and forth, tell you walk-in is fine. There’s NO one here yet you still sit in the waiting area for hours and get rushed in and out with a questionable diagnosis."

"The Little Clinic at Tate’s Creek Centre may have you wait 45 minutes or longer, you will either sit close to someone who doesn’t have a mask or stand out in the aisle while waiting. The cold, frowning woman at check in when I went offered no info on there being a long wait-even though you have an appointment, nor any offer of a chair away from others. remember this is where sick people go. Why would they have sick people siting together this long & not tell u to wait in your car until called?! Also, the check-in is a touch screen. I saw no hand sanitizer around. I would not recommend anyone to go there.Btw, next, went to urgent treatment at Brannon Crossing and it was 5 star all around."

"Reached at this place at 8:30 am on 08/12/22 and she Lied to me and she told me that there is no appointment available until 12:30 and then I called Richmond road location and they had no availability until after 2! They went into the computer and told me that the Tates creek location which I was already at, had a 10:40 availability! Miss Karen at front desk was more busy on her phone playing and texting than understanding people don’t come to little clinic for fun, they are sick that’s y we come there.it’s soo sad they are in medical profession and don’t understand peoples pain only! They are only worried about getting a paycheck. such a hopeless place to be. The doctors there are ridiculous and do not care about people!"

"I took my autistic son to get a sports check-up for Special Olympics. Unfortunately I hadn't made an appointment like I had thought. They squeezed him in just before lunch and were great. I got my recent COVID booster there a couple of weeks earlier and they were just as friendly. It is a good asset to have nearby. Highly recommended!"

"Just rolled for my 4pm CONFIRMED covid test. All you see everywhere around the Little Clinic are memos about how important it is to make your appointments and not ghost them. There’s literally no one here. The lights are off. Pharmacy employees haven’t seen anyone. Thanks."
