"I canceled my daughter’s appointments when my daughter told me her therapist talks about herself all the time. My daughter said the therapist struggles to talk for an hour and tries to find things to talk about randomly. Calls were also ended before the hour was up that I’m Billed for at times too. My daughter is struggling and needs help and found her therapist here was not helping with her many struggles. There was plenty to talk about if she was focusing more on my daughter than herself. Billing lady was nice but delayed reached out when there a hiccup with the insurance. Overall disappointed and decided to find a better fit for my Daughter elsewhere. **Edited to add** A week later they sent me a termination letter for services. My bill was paid in full and all appointments cancelled ahead of schedule. Cant terminate a client when they left you. Grow up and handle Your business professionally."
