"Excellent staff! They were quick and efficient, but very responsive to all of my questions and concerns."
"Was very busy but the staff were Amazing. They were all kind, considerate and caring even when stressed. Dr Smith (?) was awesome and the nurses were helpful and sweet. Hands down was one of the better UTC experiences I have had. Will use again if needed."
"April, the office manager here at this location should really take some personal etiquette classes and possibly just some common courtesy classes! Now I know this is a touchy subject. However, I do have a trans son and have had his name legally changed on everything and for this lady to still use his old name is unacceptable! We have got to do better for these children! Because if we don’t, you are just creating a world full untrusting future adults, I mean you’re supposed to be a professional, or at least the office manager and over a place like that and for you to keep calling someone by the name, they no longer use when it has been clearly stated on the record their new name, well that just says something about you on a personal level! I have a sick kid in here to get treatment and I told them to leave instead of being mistreated by a homofobic person! When you go into a professional position like you are in you should not act this was! April sweetheart You need a lot more training! You were so disrespectful and rude to me on the phone that I cannot believe Central Baptist would allow someone like you to run one of their offices! And I will be spreading the word about how horrible and homophobic you are! Best of luck to you and Central Baptist because I never would have expected this and we have been to this same location several times and never had an issue like this! I will blast you on every social media and public forum that I possibly can until this lady apologizes to my son! I doubt that will happen but we will see! I love Central, Baptist, Hospital that’s the only one I go to in Lexington. I love the whole Central Baptist net work, and I just cannot believe how shocked I am at the treatment my son just got! So here’s a quick update I just had my daughter take my son to urgent treatment that we normally go to on Brannon Crossing and I think the young lady’s name was Heather, well, let me tell you, Heather is nothing short of amazing! She has gone above and beyond to make sure my son feels comfortable, especially while he is sick! The one thing that she definitely did not do was call him by an old name listed somewhere in the file! I think it comes down to what the individual would like to do and I have to say April you should follow. Heather’s example and maybe start back at the bottom with some new training on how to treat people because you are not very good at customer service at all. You should probably also educate yourself on the world today there are many trans people out there and you should just learn to be nice to people, even if they are a different from you! Honestly Don’t look at them as trans people and just look at them as people because that’s all they are is people and we should be nice to people, especially kids. Oh yeah, the urgent treatment that they went to is also under Baptist health! So I think that proves a point it’s up to the individual! April, you should educate yourself! Central Baptist, you should step forward and educate your employees!"
"From the front desk to the MSA and then Dr. Standiford, I could not have asked for a friendlier, more competent group of professionals. Took care of me quickly, excellent quality and compassionate staff. I appreciate you all! Thank you so much!"
"Baptist Health Urgent Care exceeded my expectations with their exceptional level of care and professionalism. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by a friendly and efficient staff that made me feel welcomed and at ease. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the latest medical technology. The medical team demonstrated a genuine concern for my well-being, listening attentively to my symptoms and providing a thorough examination. I left Baptist Health Urgent Care feeling confident in the quality of care I received and grateful for their commitment to patient satisfaction. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of urgent medical care."
