"I have been a patient of Dr. Gudibanda for many years and it has helped tremendously! I am a fan. I am not a "pill" person, I go for the procedures which is a better course of therapy. The pills are addictive, and hard on your organs. My advice is to stay off the pills. Dr. G is very good with the injections, I get them in my SI Joints. They use an X-ray and there is slight sedation. IT WORKS. It does not hurt. It is stressful, cuz needles are involved, but it's not bad. I have been to many PM Clinics and this is the best. Yes, there is a wait...like all the other places. Yes, the clinic will drug test you if you take opioids but since I do not, I am not required to do that testing. Other clinics insisted and tried to charge me for tests I do not need, it is a cash maker for them...a real racket. If you are in pain mgt, you are at the last stop...where they send you when there is no where else to go.... I have been so so so lucky to have these physicians and the staff helping me. I have had some bumps in the road with rescheduling too much...I had to realize how important this is in my life and quality of life I have...but it hard to get off work sometimes or get rides after procedures for me.... I also do my PT there at the hospital when needed, they have a professional staff and a large area which I prefer over cramped little places in strip malls. It os so easy to judge these types of clinics, but they have certain policies for a reason. They deal with loonies on heavy meds who are addicted. It's not easy to care for as many patients as they see a day.... This is the BEST place in Louisville for Pain Mgt, hands down. I owe them so much."

"certain staff members are very rude and unprofessional. I started out having Dr.Verghis because of insurance change on my part I had to start seeing Dr.Gudabanda he's very hateful i miss Dr.verghis he is more understanding.Some of the nurse's that work up there act like it's a bother that they have to do something for a patient. It has gotten to the point I am looking for somewhere else to go because I cannot be talked to like that anymore"

"The Dr. I had at the time was a huge disappointment but I don't think he is there now. Very clean. I remember a couple of very kind and attractive nurses that I felt really comfortable around and had the since that they really cared about the patients there. Sometimes the waits were long other times It went Very fast. I was there about five years before I had to cut back on all the meds for my own good. I left a star out for the horrible Dr."

"My Dr is Dr. Verghis. He is probably the best one in this office. Although they do run a little behind, it's not bad. He listens and is very understanding and knowledgeable. He doesn't push procedures on you at all. The only downfall of the office is when you have to call in a script. They are either really good about it or terrible. No in between. Sometimes your voicemail seems to get lost I guess. But as Dr. Verghis goes....he's amazing. Most of the staff is very friendly too. They treat my wife and I like family."
