Links provided on the statement mailed to customer do not work and likely never tested. Too many confusing names of the business (VitalSkin, Louisville Dermatology, Belle Pelle,...) you dont know who your dealing with. A lot of confusion with initial appointment process and follow-up by staff who were supposed to schedule next appointment after biopsy."
