"The worst staff. I recently moved from a different state at 18 weeks pregnant. It took their staff weeks to see if they would 'accept' me as a patient. I called them every other day to get updates. I kept getting the run around that their doctors were looking into it. Finally heard back from them today and they will not accept me due to my due date. They do not offer a backup plan for me. They do not help with directing me to another doctor. It’s up to me now to call another hospital and do this all over again. I also have to make sure my insurance is accepted there. I have never experience complete disregard for someone's health. Maybe it is a blessing my baby won't be born there and have to deal with a heartless staff. I am 21 weeks pregnant, tired, and defeated."
"I called to make an appointment. The receptionist had no compassion and simply just plain out rude"
"Not the friendliest and nicest staff at all; not the high quality service they promise, too many patients very little consideration and attention. Nurse On the phone very rude to me and dismissed my prenatal care.. thing I’m totally ok with. I wanted to try nortons obstetrician/women care thinking it was a better choice. ☹️now I experienced. Private care much better. Thankyou."
"My girlfriend is pregnant with twins & we went to get a genetic screening; the nurse put “don’t know” on the paperwork instead of marking twins. It caused such a headache cause we thought something was wrong when the results came in. Today, we come in for a routine visit & we sit in the room with no word from the doctor for 50 minutes! Then, literally one minute after we leave, she puts on the after visit summary “left before seen”. I’m not a race card person by any stretch, but it just didn’t feel right"
"I went here back when I was pregnant in 2022. I was a first time mom and panicked since everywhere in Elizabethtown couldn’t see me until late March when I would have been over halfway through my pregnancy. I had to research a bunch of places and I’m glad I chose to go here. I saw Dr. Bradley for all of my appointments and it was one of the first times I felt respected as a patient. She took every concern I had seriously. She handled me being an anxious first time mom very well when I’m sure at some points of dealing with me she probably thought I was crazy. She responded quickly with MyChart as well. The other staff here are very nice as well. Ms. Tanya was so sweet to me and had the best bedside manners! Dr. Bradley couldn’t deliver my baby since she wasn’t on call, but I had a wonderful male doctor who delivered my daughter. I was very cautious since male doctors in the past treated me very poorly and dismissed me. He proved me wrong and treated me with respect! I feel bad I can’t remember his name, but he made sure baby and I were going to be okay and safe! I can’t recommend coming her enough to have a baby. My husband and I are thankful everyday for the patience, and respect the staff had to make my pregnancy/labor smooth."
