"Have gotten Three tests over the past 2 years with my wife, drive through was a great idea. Last Test was Fall 2022. Lines went quick and once no line at all. We had appointments made online. Results were provided over the phone next morning on the first test. Later tests the results were later same day on MyChart Nortons. Worked Great for me."
"Quick to do the test, but that's about it! On call people are clueless on how to check for a patient test results. They directed me to hotline and even told me the wrong option. Once I dialed the hotline to check for status, it sends me back to Norton's website. Completely a joke the overall service. It does not deserve 1 star."
"Wasnt feeling well and just wanted it over with . So convenient with very friendly staff . Didnt even have to get out of my car . Drove right thru !! Going back for another one !!"
