"Had R Totak Knee Replacement today. The nurses from check in at front desk, all the way through were AMAZING!! SO KIND. They kept me informed for everything. They called my family continuously with updates. So much better than a hospital outpatient!! If I ever do anything I will ask for a doctor that uses River Ridge. Thank , you all made it less scary. And the smiles and laughter helped. My anesthesiologist was so funny. I would give so many more stars if I could !!!!"

"I had my knee surgery yesterday at this location. First of all, the nurses on the phone were amazing, helping me set up my appointment, especially Nicole ( she is the reason why I wanted to go there). At the location, they were very professional and friendly and made me feel very at ease. I have needle phobia, and the nurses did such a great job putting my iv in that I don't even have any scaring or brusing on my hand 100 percent will recommend this location to get your surgery done. Thanks to all the staff for being amazing. I can not emphasize enough how great every single person was."

"Had minor surgery here back in May. No real problem with the medical staff. They asked for an upfront charge of hundreds of dollars, which I paid. About a month later I got my EOB (Explanation of Benefits) which stated I owe just a little under a hundred dollars. It took me until almost August to get my money back. In fact, it only happen once my insurance company called, with me on the line, did the check finally arrive. I can't tell you how many different stories I was told during this time about why the check wasn't in the mail. I would highly recommend you check with your insurance company about your co-pay before showing up."
