"The picture of this facility is wrong. Most of the poor reviews on here seem to be confusing this facility with the actual hospital. They're affiliated but not the same place. If you complete an in stay on the 3rd floor (psychiatric) then u will more then likely follow up with THIS FACILITY alongside whatever therapist you choose (i love acp) However if u do not feel you have time to check into psychiatric instay then i would definitely suggest their Intensive Outpatient Program as it helped me out of a deep depression! Upon arriving to all appointments their staff are all equipped with genuineness, and kind smiles !! Unlike majority mental health facilities they are great with appointment reminders and communication!!!!! I have YET to miss any appointments! I've been utilizing their services almost 2 years with the i.o.p, med management and my therapist I have successfully treated deep depression stemming from C.P.T.S.D!! I highly recommend this facility!!!!"

"really sad and disheartening. i discourage anyone from subjecting themselves or anyone they love to this kind of treatment. I’ve been in the outpatient program for a couple years and while I finally found medication that works for me while inpatient, i have consistent issues accessing that medication because of the lack of care and/or competence of the staff. When I call to get my prescriptions sent to the pharmacy, i am told they will be sent over yet i go days without them as they don’t get sent over. i call repetitively to ask that they do their job and i get pushed off and dismissed and given empty promises when i'm just trying to access the medication i have been prescribed."
