"There was a mix up with a curbside order pick up. I tried to explain to the young lady that, what she had given me was not mine. She wasn’t rude or anything like that but truly an honest mistake. For the sake of not arguing and getting upset I simply left the store. Ironically enough I get an email about a survey about my recent order, I went into detail and explained what happened. A few days after I get a call from Matt, one of the managers at that location. He apologized about the mix up and offered to give me what I actually ordered. Matt went over and beyond to accommodate me(and I know he didn’t have to do all of what he did). I’m grateful and appreciate the 5 star customer service, that is definitely how it’s done and I will continue to do business with Total Wine & More."
