"They're frauds. They said my insurance did not respond, but I have a paid claim from my insurance company. I called several times - no answer and their VM is full. I wrote a letter letting them know, provided a copy of the paid claim, and they sent me a new bill for the same amount. Then sent me to collections a week later."
"Don’t know how to bill. I turned me over to a collection agency I had called my insurance they didn’t send a bill to the both my insurance companies and because of their lack of knowledge trying to say I owe money but they don’t know their jobs. They hire under qualified people"
"I thought the new law against surprise billing was suppose to stop this kind of thing. Went to urgent care a couple months ago and paid my bill with them. Now I'm getting a bill from this place because a doctor I never even talked to looked at my info I guess? The statement they sent me is formatted terribly and doesn't even look real. I can't be sure this place isn't a scam."
"Why do hospitals make you register first thing? Then they don’t even send the bill to your insurance, and they send it to old addresses that you haven’t lived in years. I had to update all this when I entered the hospital. Where do you pull all this old outdated information from? Update: After having this group update my information. They did process it correctly through my insurance in a timely manner."
