Our first encounter was with Brittany who measured the room our flooring was going to be put in, she was super kind and helpful. Next, we were contacted by our salesperson Greg, he was helpful, friendly, quick to respond to any questions, and his suggestions proved to be incredibly useful. Flooring was installed in one day, carpeted stairs, another. Both staff were friendly, quick, yet thorough, and did a phenomenal job. I have heard horror stories about luxury vinyl being installed wrong but we stepped on every plank before moving our furniture back and they’re secure and absolutely gorgeous. It’s been a long time since we have had any work done to our house HASSLE FREE so thank you so much to literally every staff member we encountered. We appreciate your professionalism so much."
