"We were referred here by my daughter's pediatrician. The front desk staff was laughable (texting, eating open containers of food, entered my daughter's name and information incorrectly), the doctor was dismissive and had no bedside manner with my toddler. The office itself isn't toddler or kid friendly which is interesting considering how many children they treat. Won't be back and do not recommend - go somewhere else."

"Have a lot of trouble with scheduling for hearing aids. Mom had an appointment today to have hearing aids adjusted. Scheduler didn't have her down for appointment. Said she was to come Oct 9. Mom had her appointment card for today. Lady needs a different job. This has happened before."
"They were polite and mostly helpful but not very open and communicative about hidden fees and follow up information. For instance, no one told me there is a $200 new patient fee that you will pay out of pocket if you haven't met your deductible. I had called twice before my appointment to get billing codes, fees, and even requested 2 packets sent in the mail to ensure with my insurance what would and would not be covered financially so I could be sure I could afford the visit. Nowhere was the $200 fee for new patients mentioned by staff or in the information packets they sent out. That fee made my bill go from an expected $150 to $350. Thankfully I had some extra funds but just barely. Then on my way out of the building following my allergy testing, they said I needed a 3 month followup with them as part of my discharge. I asked why because during my visit, they stated one was not needed and I was good to leave after speaking with the front desk. The receptionist asked for an answer to my question and never got one. She said she would call me once she learned what the follow up was for but she never did. This morning, the day after my appointment, I get a call from my local pharmacy stating that I had a prescription filled that I needed to pick up that was sent in by this office. No one told me I was going to be getting a prescription sent in by anyone there and no one can tell me why it was called in. I am very confused due to the lack of communication on the part of this agency and highly suggest being your own advocate by asking lots of questions before just blindly following their lead."
