"My daughter see's Dr.Lohano. She is in need for long acting insulin (she has no insulin at the moment) & has been leaving messages all day for the Doctor to approve her insulin with the pharmacy & still nothing. It's now the weekend so it looks like we will have to take her to the emergency room so she can be admitted & we are hoping she'll be able to speak to her Dr finally there because he's not contacting her back. It's sad that she could die or go through DKA over a simple PA with the insurance. If something does happen to her ( I pray to the Lord it doesn't) I & her family will be pushing a lawsuit for malpractice/negligence."

"setting an alarm to go off on this doctors office. First off let’s start with an opinion. If a specialist doctor diagnosed a patient and prescribed medication for it. Then when a refill is needed the nurse practitioner says “ it should be your primary doctor that writes for it” and refuses the refil acting as if the doctor isn’t responsible for the refill. When primary has no idea of diagnosis or dosing or medication. When the specialist is the one who specializes in that area of treatment. Who is this fool and why is she not reading charts? Why is she licensed in this state when she clearly got her license in Florida and paid for a fake. I’m done with these fools pretending to do a damn thing for my heal and only make it worse. Im calling the board in the morning too and the state level to investigate this. Not to mention the SEVERAL claims to refill medications when they don’t and never respond to calls they only want you to stop calling and leave them alone. This place is by FAR the worst patient treatment location I’ve ever seen!"

"The nurses all have terrible beside manners. They never are very nice to their patients at all. My husband has came to Joslin for years and it keeps getting worse. He is going to move to a new diabetes center. He just doesn't feel he is getting the beat care ."

"Amazing! How does everything I ask fall into some sort of legal trouble to this doctor? I never get any useful advise or info on my symptoms and my concerns are never heard. It's just pointless to be at the office but for the prescription while finding a more communicable doctor. A long term care needs updated medical findings for better management it promises, except you won't get it from this place."
