"I was surprised to see the reviews for this place. Ive been twice for a broken leg. Everyone from the office staff to support staff to the drs/nurses were wonderful. They all were friendly, caring and helpful. Thank you to all of you for taking good care of me."
"This place is racist!!!!!!!!! If you are not white they mistreat you! My dad went last Wednesday for an appointment. And only white people were being called to go. After he waited for 1 hour my sister and I called that he had been there for an hour. They were so rude to us on the phone. When he was finally passed… they mistreated him in the back! I will press charges against this facility for being racist. We have lawyers in our family and I will sue for mistreatment. Thankfully my dad got video of the mistreatment he experienced. Never going there and I will tell our white friends and family not to support this facility for racism!!!!"
"My Son’s Girlfriend went for an appointment and she called and told me that she was so mistreated and embarrassed. She said the nurse that took her TB test was so rude. She said she was so embarrassed. My son’s girlfriend is from another country. She asked the nurse approximately how long it would take for the doctor to see her and she said the nurse told her he’ll be there when he get there. She had her baby with her bc she’s not from her and she said the treatment was so horrible! My son and I felt so bad that she had to experience that"
"Waited over one hour for a drug test. When I told the nurse I’ve been holding my bladder for a hour. She’s more focused on her walk in policy and said it could take long then in hour. As a healthcare office they shouldn’t make someone hold there bladder for over in hour. I also ask why they didn’t go by appointments. She explained they are a walk in only! But if someone has in emergency they are before me! You could hold your bladder for more then several hours."
"Slowest place ever I went there after I had sprained my ankle at work and it took me to ask them if I could get a wheel chair even almost falling to the ground while barely being able to walk not to mention I was there for 4 hours waiting in pain while they let other people go there before me that didn't even have appointments I cannot wait to be over and done with this place and I will never return ! Very unprofessional when it comes to there staff at the waiting desk. However the nurse practitioner was rather nice I will give them that."
