"I went here on my own hoping for a better pain treatment plan since spine has severely worsened with breaks smh. I already received severe painful injections in the past. This was the worst treatment a patient could receive by their Dr. Patel who's the only one i met. He's immediately angered if u have any concerns about the non narcotic injections that's proven to be unsafe on a patients spine & organs like myself. He shuts u up saying he doesn't believe the facts u told him from the research om WebMD then refuses other treatment plan of oral med that's safe. Office manager lady was very rude no help just did what he yelled at her to do then on top if all this they both lie to cover for each other. She refused to let me see anyone else for 2nd opinion even though i wasn't kicked out of this practice they had no reason to so i just had to quit them. How pathetic Drs like Patel still allowed to care for chronic pain patients but refuses them any pain relief treatments with working oral medication needed to function. Inhumane"

She went well above for me, the entire staff there is the absolute best. Dr. Clasby is wonderful, the best PM Physician anywhere. If you ever have a such a medical need you will not find any better. "The doctors and office is great! The issue with this place is they are in the same building as the hospital so the hospital charges fees also. I got a joint Injection that had to be xray guided and the hospital charged me $10,000 dollars for the room (which is located inside the pain management office)... then I was billed the normal visit, injection, etc. It cost me more to have this one injection than it did for my husband to have his shoulder surgery... and he was put under."

Michelle works so hard to get authorizations approved. The staff is in sync and always helpful and courteous. I'm blessed to finally have a Doctor who cares about MY HEALTH vs. his pocket."
