"Logan’s treehouse really waisted my time and put me in a bad position when I told them about my child and his disability . It wasn’t a problem I let them know he elopes he has no safety awareness but once he was familiar with the daycare he would be fine the staff was good only person who had a issue was the owner day 1 I knew she would have a problem day 2 in she called me hour after I dropped him off she called me to tell me his bus didn’t come and she didn’t want him there because state came in there before and she was worried that he could be outside but your doors lock so how can he get out she didn’t have enough teachers to look after him but I also told them the same issue happened at his first daycare and I let them know this prior before enrolling him but she also told me she wouldn’t want to deal with him so her staff shouldn’t have to deal with that either she didn’t give me a notice or nothing but she also said they have a new policy to lay eyes on a child before they can enroll that’s doesn’t even sit right with me so you judging a child to see if there a good fit or not is insane . Then your pointing your finger at the person who enrolled me and gave me the okay as if she did wrong but that’s okay I wouldn’t recommend just because they waisted my time I told them everything to prevent what happened and it still happened ."
"I loved this center for my kids up until about 2 weeks ago. I feel that the teachers who are currently here aren’t paying as much attention to the kids as they should if at all. My son has been bitten more than I can think of, kids slapping him in the face, climbing on his back and biting him, of course things happen but the last bite did it for me was under his eye which could’ve been his eye there was a bite mark on his face for over 24 hours so he was bitten hard enough for this to happen where were the teachers at the time of this? That child broke skin which has now turned into a pussed green pimple and my child had to be seen by a doctor. The next day I got 2 stories one which was my child got hit in the head with the door outside by a teacher “on accident” coming in from outside there are 2 teachers a teacher left my child directly behind a door and allowed another teacher to open it and hit my child in the face as I was told the other story is they were inside coming outside and he was behind the door and hit with it “on accident” which still makes no sense to me because you are in a classroom of 2 teachers with children 2 and under a child should never be lined up behind a door it’s a safety hazard a child should not be allowed behind a door at all. When I got my child home his eyebrow had a knot and you could tell it bled this is located on the right side of his face and the only thing I was informed about I noticed the left side of my child’s lip was swollen I looked on the inside and again his lip was bleeding in two different areas of his face and no one informed me about my child’s lip I took pictures of everything. Upon coming to the center the next morning to express my concerns the director wasn’t much as I spoke with her the day he was moved into a new class with new teachers to prevent him being injured as much only for him to be hurt by a teacher in the new class on the same day the director had no interest helping finding a resolution VERY nonchalant as this was in a classroom on camera being discussed she showed no concern for my child, a child that has attended this center. We became very upset at this being taken lightly and MULTIPLE stories we returned at the given time the director told us to come back she told us the owner won’t be in when we arrived the staff was lined up at the door like a football team along with the owner who was rude from the beginning which also is on camera this upset us even more because my child attends here and is having more accidents than he’s had in months I’m concerned with questions is there new staff? Is staff paying attention? Is my child being hurt? Wanting to find a resolution as I did love this center for my child again on camera the owners main concern was it all being put on her because it’s her center she didn’t show any expression of caring for my child she asked if I had pictures I pulled them up none of the staff or owner bothered to look at my pictures after asking. Of course upset at this situation and lack of concern from staff and the nonchalant energy we were upset the owner wouldnt allow us to have a meeting with the teacher as promised by the director to get to the bottom of what’s going on because we were upset as any parent or family should be if things are happening with their child and staff along with the OWNER is taking it as a l ight situation instead of being just as concerned as we are. We asked the owner whom is Michelle Logan for her name and number she just gave her name we asked her to write it down both her name and number and she wouldn’t so we asked her “you can’t write your information for us?” She then wrote the information. Michelle called to say my kids could never come back as prior to at the center I asked for my children to be unenrolled since there is no concern for my child at this center, the main concern of the owner was to cover for herself. I have filed a complaint and taken further action. My child is not the only one who isn’t being tended to causing daily, weekly, monthly incident reports."
"This daycare is a fun educational center with educators that possess compassion and the passion for teaching and children alike. It’s a very family oriented center and makes you feel at home"
"Love love love this center. One of the best by far. Jourie and Kayla are hands down some of the best directors I’ve met. Very professional and very understanding. The facility is very clean and tidy. They cook the kids a real meal for both breakfast and lunch which is something our previous daycare lacked (they just fed them junk) They also update you on your little one as much as possible. I always looked forward to getting pictures and videos of the kiddos! They also try to do as much with the kids as possible during the summer months! The only reasoning for the 4 stars and not 5 is not because of of the employees, but the price. It is a little expensive. So sad we had to leave them! Would highly recommend!!"
