"Completely terrible customer service. They have a terrible system for scheduling. I’ve been told 2 months in a row to call back to schedule. I called this past Friday and was told to call on Monday because there is a new system in place and they can’t book appointments until the new system is set. It’s Tuesday and because they have a “new system” they can’t schedule me an appointment. I’m red on medpros, but even though they have appointments available, I have to wait so they can schedule my cleaning and my exam together. They also rarely answer their office phone. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had either. Get your scheduling, attitudes, and bedside manner together. It ain’t that hard."
"I’m completely disgusted by my experience. The lady at the front desk and the so called NCOIC were completely rude and had no compassion or empathy for my situation. I came in after sick call hours due to a veneer breaking after sick call hours which left my teeth completely exposed and sensitive . I went in and tried to see my dentist who told me it was fine to come in and get it fixed if that situation were to happen. When I approached the desk the lady at the front informed me that my guest had to put a mask on which was contradicting being that the NCOIC standing right next to her had her mask sitting on her chin. I then told my guest to put her mask on and proceeded to explain why I came in. Without asking if I was in any kind of pain, the lady at the desk started discussing sick call/emergency hours in which I told her I had an appointment the next day and couldn’t make the sick call hours the following day . She then stated well if you can’t come tomorrow then you can come during sick call hours on Tuesday,Wednesday,or Thursday. Completely in shock I left and then called to see if I could get squeezed in that day or be recommended somewhere else. The NCOIC got on the phone with a rude attitude and stated when I told her I was in pain that I should have said I was in pain and they would have tried to accommodate me. She then placed me on a 20 minute hold just to get back on the phone and say they couldn’t help me and to “pop a ibuprofen and come back during sick call hours” . When I say customer service is lacking it’s an understatement ."
"I scheduled an appointment with a doctor who did my exam and when I got to my appointment it was a totally different doctor who said, “I don’t know what we were doing today.” It did not make me feel comfortable with the care I received."
"The facility is very nice, the staff is both friendly and attentive. Never had a bad experience here. Was seen several times both pre- and post-deployment. I've never had to wait long to be seen. Recently, I had to get some dental work done (which took several appointments), with the majority of the work being done by CPT McCabe. If you have the option, try to have your work done by her. The Army needs to find a way to keep her (promotion or something) because she would straight up smash it in the private sector. She was thorough, engaging, informative (the only dentist I've ever seen who actually explains what's going on), personable, and most importantly highly skilled. Did a great job from front to back. Consummate professional. Especially if she went to a place where people have lots of cavities because of the nasty water like Milwaukee, Detroit, anywhere in Ohio (he-ya Cleveland!), or Chicago (which is where I'm from - super gnarly water up there), she'd be stacking bills, just crushing it. So! - from the facility to the staff to CPT McCabe, five stars all around. Highly recommended."
