"Thank you CGI Houston team for accommodating my request on passport renewal and following through on it so promptly. The experience was overwhelming in the beginning, but as soon as I reached out for help, the team was kind enough to talk in person and provided much needed assistance. Appreciate Mr. Madan's assistance throughout the process ensuring my concerns were addressed. Thank you for all you do for us."
"I am dissatisfied with the passport renewal service I received. I submitted an application without realizing that my expired passport had slight damage from binding. The renewal application was rejected due to the damage, and I am required to reapply with a new application and a higher fee, which seems unjustified given that my passport is already expired. The process is frustrating, and my experience with the Indian consulate has been disappointing. The customer service associate was unhelpful and rude during my call, and I am frustrated by the additional charges for contacting them. Now, I am compelled to submit a new application with an extra $100 cost, which feels unreasonable. I am disappointed with the services provided by the Indian consulate. Despite operating in the United States, they seem to lack an understanding of proper customer service, mirroring the experiences often encountered in India. This has been a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience for me."
"This is terrible , someone needs to read the reviews and do something about it . I went to apply for E visa as an American and i had to go through 100 questions including ( WHAT IS YOUR MOTHER RELIGION , WHAT IS YOUR FATHER RELIGION.. what if i dont know and who cares isnt India a secular state or what ? ) and everytime i had to stop because its too much information and i had to redo the application three times know because it keeps kicking me out of the website. the process is simply telling people not to visit India ."
"great organization. I mailed my application to them by mistake I emailed them about my status they took basic details and told me i sent to wrong location they also said they mailed the documents back to me they paid for the mailing too. They also attached a document how I am supposed to proceed I am very impressed keep up the good work."
