"My sons teachers Miss Trevino Miss Diaz and Miss Mata were absolutely amazing. They really went above and beyond for my son. It’s really hard with pandemic children now going back to world as WE once knew it, for them it’s something they never knew other than quarantine life. These teachers truly dedicated every fiber of love into these children and helped bring out the absolute best in them!! My son was a picky eater and refused to potty train. Fast forward to now, he even helps me grocery shop and make our food. He was limited on his vocabulary now he is fully bilingual, reads AND writes. Thank you so much."

"The worst experience I have ever had, I believed that the head start program was to help children, but when I enrolled my grandson there I thought it was the best school option, but I got the worst teacher with no education, and no interest, rasist... It's called Carmen Torres Room 9, it turns out that classes started on August 27 that day very well, but the following days it was a constant fight with the child to make him stay., and the worst thing was arriving so that the teacher gave me pure complaints, that the child did not follow instructions, that the child did not sing, that the child only walked around the room, that the child did not want to eat, that he did not want to learn to go to the bathroom, etc etc etc. pure negativity,... I want to clarify that the child is only 3 years old, I scolded the child and told him that he should obey, even though I don't know why at the other school he doesn't behave like that, he even cleans the tables, etc. but when I got to the room with Mrs. Torres it was different, she didn't want to stay, she cried,...I talked to the teacher on several occasions about it but she never gave solutions, yesterday being just 18 days of going to that school, I arrived and Teacher Torres, if you can call her that,... because for me she is not,... she gave me the same complaints every day again,... I answered that they must be a a little stricter with the child so that he obeyed, since I thought it was a matter of time for the child to adapt to the change of starting school, but it seems I was wrong since the teacher did not stop complaining, I responded What was his opinion on the matter and he only answered,... I don't know!!!! How is it possible ???? If she supposedly went to school to learn to be a teacher and educate children???? sorry but how stupid!!! Because when I saw that he didn't stop complaining,...the best thing I did was take the child and leave,...when I put the child in the stroller I asked myself,...what if he is going to take him out?? ...like that's really what I wanted,... so you can see the mental capacity of this ignorant person!!!!!! ...OMG Better go in to take out the child's things and he tells me, I just wanted us to agree to see what we were going to do!!!! hahahahaah and I, quite angry, answered him in a loud voice,... and what isn't the first thing I told you this morning when I arrived??? and you answered, I don't know!!!,...the truth is that I get very angry because when he saw my anger he wanted to fix it, the worst thing was that I went to the principal, Mrs. Estefana Barco and she saw me angry and I told her I need to change the child from the classroom or from Head Start, he cannot continue in Mrs. Torres' classroom, since I felt discrimination from Mrs. Torres. to the child and the principal just told me ok, I don't think there is another place in another head start, but I checked him out,...but he was never kind enough to ask me, what happened? or something, maybe the main one was not interested in what had happened, she never asked anything, not caring that a child would no longer be on that campus...that the main one is not supposed to be the one who sees for the good of the children?????imagine if this makes the principal,... name too bad, the best thing I have done is file a complaint with the school district with Mrs. Nadia de Leon about it,...and I'm sure that these ladies. They are going to regret the treatment they gave to the boy and me. or at least they must know how to have principles and care for a child."
